“This is such a fantastic place. Amazing space both inside and outside and great hosts. In a lovely village with great walks from the front door and access to all Shropshire has to offer. Great for a group get together - with plenty of flexible space and entertaining space. Victoria and Kevin were very helpful and left us a great breakfast box. Would thoroughly recommend.”

I would advise you to book their catering option if you can- we enjoyed a wonderful meal when we arrived . “A pub / restaurant that’s been converted into a stylish house comfortably accommodating the 12 of us . Clean and stylishly decorated . 2 great bar areas and large well stocked kitchen . Bedrooms very comfortable Breakfast items left for us with plenty of bread eggs bacon cereals and fruit . We also paid for catering one night with delicious food and catered for gluten free guest as well In beautiful countryside but only 20 minute train ride to Shrewsbury. Viki responded to any queries very quickly Would highly recommend”

“We booked Sorrel House for a weekend get together with friends, originally for May but due to Covid had to change dates, Viki was really helpful with the changes and answered every question quickly. Sorrel house is beautiful and huge - the photos don’t do it justice. Everyone loved having an en- suite room and there was plenty of space to sit and relax with very comfy sofas and chairs. The garden is peaceful, again with plenty of seats. There is lots of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery for cooking and the dining table easily seats 12. Some of us walked around the local area, and found lots of well signposted paths, whilst some went to Shrewsbury - an easy drive. We would happily return to Sorrel House in the future

“The space is just incredible- not easy to capture on the pictures. Felt like kings and queens for a weekend. Close to the local train station which is 10 mins into Shrewsbury which is also stunning and picturesque. Highlights were the massive breakfast hamper and the fact each room was en-suite- making a family trip extremely comfortable indeed. Victoria was an excellent host and replied to messages quickly. Can’t wait to return!

“The house is truly such a wonderful place. We knew it would be big but had no idea just how massive the house was until we got there - there are 2 fully equipped bars (including a pub style one), a huge kitchen, plenty of communal living spaces and the rooms are not only immaculately kept but are also super big and accommodating too. There are lots of walks in the local area, a swimming lake nearby, and close supermarkets which also do online deliveries if you can’t make it to the shops in person. Viki is a fantastic, attentive and friendly host, we had an amazing time, and we will be recommending this Airbnb to everyone we know! There isn’t a bad thing to say honestly :-)
