Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% non-refundable deposit for bookings up to 7 days before your stay. If you cancel within a week of your stay the booking fee must be paid in full unless we can resell the space on your behalf. However we understand that life can present exceptional circumstances that may require you to postpone or cancel - in this case please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Venue: Our deposit of £500 for hire of our venue is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of the event date.
